Studio Update Week 17

Making of Behance Website

During the weekend, I did up the layout for our Behance website on Canva. I initially did some of the layouts on the A1 Board Canva as shown below. They are about the trends research that I mostly did. But I later shifted them to a presentation style later.

Anyways I continued to work on the layout of the Behance website pages and also added in a customer user map below:

From there, with some edits from Zoyee to ensure that it flowed better as a scrolling website, I uploaded the slides pages into Behance and you can see it on the link below:

Exhibition Set up

Celine and I went down to set up the final exhibit on Monday. I went down more to ensure everything was alright with our phone app prototype, but I also help out with the pasting of stuff. We did also had to get a container to put the stickers on so it isn't so messy. Below is the final exhibit set up

Final Preparation for Presentation

Finally, we finished up the last of our slide which you can see below. We divided up the slides into who was presenting what. I was presenting about the gap and the opportunity from slides 11-15 and the last part of the solution on the badges, the video and concluding. We had a short dry run on Monday night and that was the end of our preparation for the final presentation.

Final Feedback for Presentation

After our presentation, we received some feedback on our presentation. Overall the presentation was well explained and the video was well down. From the point from our gap to our solution, it linked up very well. The only issue they had was how we came up with that gap as its seem our research wasn't sufficient enough and doesn't showcase that gap well. If we looked at this from the perspective of the company, it doesn't seem to be something they must need and our solution was more of an add on. What we should have done was also focus on what the company desires and deem as profitable as we emphasis a lot of our solution on the customer actions. With the rentention rate, we are putting all the emphasis on the customer to take initiative to return. So is there anything that the company can physically do to draw customer back to increase the retention rate.
