Hi Ms Lee,

Thank you for your timely response to our inquiry. We understand that the lockers system are managed by an external source, and understand that you are not involve in the installation of lockers and the booking system. Hence, to clarify, the reason we are seeking an interview with you is to better understand the different stakeholders involve in the locker systems in the school. We are hoping that through this interview that we will gain a better understanding on how the school administration views lockers and the process of involving an external vendor for the lockers. Through this interview, we hope to better understand the consideration the school takes in regards to lockers. If you wish for further clarification on what want to interview about, we will be happy to answer and provide greater details on it. We really hope for a favorable response from you and thank you for taking up your time.

In regards,

Personal Updates

This week, we officially began planning our research plan and how to tackle the project. I think we were all somewhat unsure of whether we were on track. We had made some sort of game plan on how to start doing but I think this project had a much different starting point compared to the previous project we were used to. It felt like we were working backwards a bit since we already sort of knew our end product. But I think the consultation with the teacher really gave us was really insightful on how we should be looking at the project. Not just from our end users but also from the various stakeholder perspectives. Because of that, we decided to also seek out an interview with school stuff which is still pending. I think working on the case study on the SG airlines was also helpful in allowing us to better understand the scope of the project we were doing and for now, I think we are still quite on task with our project. Let's see what happens in next week's concultatio.
