Research to do
Research on Locker Manufacturers:
Why are lockers the size that they are? Is there a demand for this specific size, why not bigger/ smaller
What are the materials lockers are made with and why?
Research on the administration specific to the lockers
Why are NAFA lockers more expensive than other schools when they are all outsourced to the same company?
Research on study areas (since we implement that too); do students feel like they could use more study areas? Is the space in schools plausible for the locker-study area to be part of it?

Field Trip Around School to assess Lockers
We went around school photographing the different locker location. Th PDF file contain all the lockers we found throughout NAFA

Interview with Locker Manufaturers
When to Kaichou's headquaters to interview one of their staff, Turn out to be the boss of the place that brought lockers into SIngapore. Overall was a super fun interview and we learned a lot from it. Will sumarise interview next week

With School
I managed to get her to agree to just send me her answer via email and gave her a week to get back with her response since she said she was busy.
With Cleaner
When we were around school we also tried to talk to the cleaner to ask how was the cleaning of the lockers was like but we realised that they don’t really contribute much to the maintenance and they just hand an issues over to the school to deal with who hand it over to the manufacturers
Personal Reflection
Overall this week has been a very eventful research marothon, ging around different places to do our research. From our field trips around the school looking at lockers and getting more people to do our survey, to going all the way to Tai Seng to interview a locker manufacturer. And even my own personal trip to different schools looking at locker (NP, SIM, NTU ADM). Through all this we have been able to gain much insights on how the service blueprint should be. For next week we will be summarising the interview and highlighting the key points. Using that we will edit the current service blueprint we have. We are also waiting for the school side to email us back the answer which we have managed to send the interview question. In wait for her response next week.
