Studio Updates Week 6
Tuesday Feedback
This week was focused on production and presentation. In line with that, we decided to consult with the lecturers first things first. We presented to them what we had done after our presentation on Tuesday. This included, our Service Blueprint, Current User Journey Map, our Solution Journey Map as well as the App Interface. We also through all this showed our colour branding. I think our main concern at the moment was how to best convey our presentation better, especially the context.
The lecturer told us in that in our presentation we didn't have to explain the previous product and that would effect the flow of the presentation. What we should do is frame the problem at the start. We should show the journey of the student more clearly instead of showing some of the slides for our persona page. They also feedback that our current journey map with the pain point was not painfull enough and that we should emphasis that so that it allows the audience to relate. The key painpoint to add was showing how troublesome the process is (with a visual map of school to locker and etc to rly illustrate) and also how the lockerwere dirty. However because the lockers are currently new in school, we didn't thing that was a pain point (Research also reflected this). Lastly, they said that it was important to emphasise what the key point and innovative enhancements were in the app. Based on the current design the 2 key things were the qr code exchange and the students sharing the lockers.
Additonally, we also receive an update on the management of the lockers through a notice posted on the locker. What had changed significantly was the waiting time (increase from 1 to 5 days) and the refund policy (No refund). We used this information to update our slides.

With this feedback given, we continued to work on finishing up the various elements needed for the submission.
App Interface
So the first thing I wanted to finish for the app was to finish doing the map for the direction and choosing of the lockers. I went to Campus 1 Wing B Lv 2 to map out the area. I used the fire escape map at the elevator to help make my job easier. These are the maps that I created for it. I also added the locker positions as well other UI aespect into the map.

Using this Map, I inputted this into the app interface. This are my attempts at making the interfase.

With all the app general interface settled, my team mate, Yue, also reformated some of the key pages to be used in our presentation, A1 Board, Website, etc

Story Board
Based on the feedback given, we decided to create more panels to illustrate the more painful journey. Yue drafted out a few more story boards and Harshi went to illustrate those. From there she added them into the story board below. These are the updated full story boards.

However, Harshi also wanted to add one mor panel for the current journey map to illustrate the pain of travelling here and there. In order to do that, she needed to draw out a map to showcase it better. In order to help her draw the map in perspective, I went ahead and helped her to illustrate a perspective view of Lv2 and Lv5 map to help her with drawing the story board.

From there, she drafted out different version of the panel before deciding on the final one based on our feedback

With that all this was added to our website and A2 boards.
Service Blueprint
Also I updated the colours for the service blueprint

A2 Boards
The primary goal of our A2 Boards were to showcase the problem, research and solutions. After going through multiple reiterations from different group mates, we finally settled on these 2 pages as the final layout

Website
Yue was responsible for designing and uploading the content into the website. Inside the website included our problem, research, persona, journey map, service blue print and solution.
Presentation
Using all this information, we sumed it all into our presentation. we were overall stuggling with how to reformat our presentation from week 5 to better drive into our context. But the lecturers on Thursday gave additional tips on the format and structure. I decided to focus on working on that part since I will be presenting. This is the final presentation slides. We just need to practise so that we adhere to the time limit.
Personal Reflection
Overall, this was the final week we could push out work and we truly we pushed hard to finalise all the little details we had left to do. Because last week we were quick on producing the needed items, we were able to relax a bit going into it. But we continued to stay focused on delivering on our project. The biggest struggle for us was how to integrate our research seemingly into our presentation and to narrate our context properly. Presentation was the
