Getting a key point across and engage

Presentation: 7- 8 mins

1. Introduce

2. Start with presenting the problem. Tip: start with a question your TA can relate to

Develop a presentation, The narrative

Tell a story, not a problem

3. Present the opportunity. Evoke emotions

Summarise the key insight on the persona

Talk about the feeling of the person in the context of the problem

Highlight the pain points of the persona

Allow us to emphathise witht the persona

4. Present the missing piece – The Solution Convince with research

You may not be able to solve all the pain points so narroe down the pain points to focus on

Frame the pain point

Don't need to go through the entire blue print, zoom in to parts of the blueprint that highlight your solutions

5. Put it all together– re-emphasis your solution and conclude

Explain your solutions and how you have resolved the promblem

Sum up your main points at the end. Be Sharp and concise

6. Call for action
