Introduction

What Is It?

Lockerly is a project in my Y2 of NAFA. As a group, we had to take one of our previous projects and turn it into a service design. The project we used winded up being one of my previous projects, a smart locker system, Umbala. You can view the project below

NAFA Locker

We surveyed through the entire school and found the various lockers found through the campus

We also went around looking at other school lockers.

Solution & Deliverable

Solution

Through our research, we have identified the gaps that exist in the current locker rental system, which we intend to address through our service:

To increase efficiency of locker allocation through an automated system
Offer more flexibility and freedom in their locker selection
Offer a channel of direct communication for students and the locker service
